Good News..

It is great to hear that most of the parties involved have responded positively to the last note I included in the previous issue. It sounds as though Rochester is happy and content with the restoration of his marriage. As for both women involved, I hope that they can resolve whatever conflict they may still have with each other. Moreover, I feel as though I have turned into a neutral party and everyone at Victorian Gossip only wants the best for all of these individuals. I have turned into a marriage therapist rather than an editor of a famous gossip magazine, and with that I am turning a new leaf. I am happy that myself and my staff could have been there and were able to hear out each of the parties included in this controversy however, with the new year quickly approaching it is mandatory that we don't let situations like this take over our articles and inbox of letters ever again.

If there is anything I have learned as editor over the past few weeks, it's that it is important to take time to appreciate what each individual has to say as well as inform staff members on our team to make sure to evaluate each situation before publishing anything of substance.

From everyone here at Victorian Gossip to Rochester, Bertha and Jane we wish you all the very best and hope that you will find true happiness just remember to stay true to yourself and remember that being honest is always the best way to be.

Thank you Victorian Gossip for restoring my relationship with Jane and therefore my life. Our wedding was wonderful and we are happier than ever. Please know that I am forever in debt to this magazine for everything. At first I thought it was rubbish but it really did change my life for the better. I would like to donate money to the magazine to help others the way it has helped me. I will send a large sum, which I hope will be put to good use. I thank you again.

Wedding Bliss By: Chitchat Rumor

This may come as a surprise to you seeing that the pictures of Jane Eyre and Edward Rochester's wedding are published in Victorian Gossip. Despite the rumors that Jane and Edward were going to keep these photos sacred and secret, Jane just couldn't help but to boast about how beautiful she looked. Jane has grown up a lot since she met Rochester, but she still likes attention and wants everybody to feel bad for her.
The wedding was held outside and included a small ceremony. Jane and Edward had each other and that was all they needed to make their day as special as possible. Jane choose a different bouquet of flowers that many couples do not choose for their wedding ceremonies. However, Jane and Rochester are a unique couple so these flowers were of perfect choosing.
It is our job at Victorian Gossip to provide you with the latest news and photos despite popular belief. Jane is marrying the man of her dreams and is dressed in an elegant Elsa Schiaparelli dress, but the smirk on her face holds a different message. Throughout all of the stress and challenges that Jane and Rochester both faced, their loved prevailed and in the end married for true love. Both parties overcame their challenges and will now live happily ever after!!!
Come on readers, haven't you learned anything!! There is no such thing as happily ever after. Rochester and Jane will soon find out that marriage is not a happy, carefree thing. It takes a lot of work and compromise. The proper thing to say is that Jane and Rochester will live peacefully ever after. Congratulations Jane and Edward and good luck!! As for Bertha, well she wasn't so lucky!

A Letter to my Admirers:

"Reader, I married him".  Edward and I have found our way back into each others lives through Victorian Gossip.  When I read Rochester's confessions and apologies in the magazine, I realized that only a real man would divulge his darkest secrets in a tabloid magazine.  I was able to see how much Edward truly cared for me and wanted me to be his wife.

Edward and I are very happy and want our public to know that we were able to talk out our differences and concerns about his prior marriage and Bertha's recent suicide.  It is truly a tragic end for poor Bertha.

"My Edward and I, then, are happy: and the more so, because those we most love are happy likewise".  Edward and I would like to thank Victorian Gossip for restoring our relationship.  To you, we are forever grateful.

Much Needed Note from the Editor...

After coming back from a much needed vacation get-away, I was amazed to see how bombarded I was with letters regarding the controversy over the Rochester, Jane and Bertha. I think things have become quite out of hand and I definitely think that this situation must be rectified with nothing but the honest truth. All we are trying to do here at Victorian Gossip is give our readers the truth in every situation. Yes we can sit here and point fingers and harp on what she said and he said but, in all reality it is pointless and will get us nowhere.

I would love it if Rochester could finally get a word in edge-wise and let us know what's on his mind rather than just responding to what each of the women have to say. As editor, I would love to have Rochester explain his side to things if he is up to it. I understand there is much hostility and misunderstandings as well as confusion. I'd like to propose putting all of this behind us and moving forward. Perhaps our readers, staff and individuals included in this situation will learn something valuable and be able to move on at this point. We will be including other articles in our upcoming issues however, if anyone has any encouraging or positive words you may write to our magazine about those issues. As always, thank you for reading and we hope that you continue to enjoy our issues. We sincerely hope that we can overcome this obstacle while providing other fun articles, quizzes and horoscopes for you. Thank you.
Dear Victorian Gossip,

I have come to my wits end, living with what I have done is too hard and unbearable to live. I have hurt Jane to the point of no return and made my wife Bertha turn to suicide. I have given up on life and will suclude myself in the forest as punishment for my sins. As rich as I once was, I now have nothing to live for without Jane. I am becoming older and realize that life will never be the same, I will never see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Jane has given up on me and there is no way for me to win her back. I have just realized through this magazine that our love is no longer because the hurt Jane feels will never go away.

I would not mind being interviewed by Victorian Gossip if you are willing, for this magazine, as pathetic as it is, allowed me into Jane's heart and made me notice there is no hope for the future. If you are interested in hearing my side of the story please publish the anouncment in the next issue and I will contact you.

Dear Victorian Gossip...

So I took the quiz and it turns out I am an expert queen gossip because no one knows my situation better than I do. I can't believe people actually read this, it is appalling.

My beloved Jane, the pictures you submitted were beautiful. They took my breath away, the wonderful memories of us together by the fireplace and in the garden. I wish moments like this were not ripped away from us. I know you still blame me for all that has happened but I know we can work through this. I know you still love me as much as I love you. Look at these pictures and think about the new memories we could build on if you would just forgive me. Bertha is no longer in the picture and never really was for me anyways. The danger she put you in is unforgetable but know I will never let her hurt you. She is nothing to me and never was, we never shared the connection that you and I shared. Victorian Gossip should not be the only way I am allowed into your inner thoughts, not after all we have shared and been through. We owe each other more than this. Please Jane come back to me and mend my broken heart.
